Refund Policy

Refund:   If you request a refund (which is highly unlikely as you will love our product), please send the item back to us. After we receive the item, we will refund you. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method you used when placing your order.  

Please contact us before sending your package, we will inform you the shipping address to send it. 

There are some cases where only a partial refund (if any)

  1. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours
  2. Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery


Refund (if applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a certain number of days.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you still haven't received your refund after we notify you, check your bank account first.
Second, you can contact your credit card issuer, it can be a while before your refund is officially posted.
Third, please contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of these and you still haven't received your refund, please notify us.

 Items not arriving

The 50-day policy will be based on the shipping date. If in the event that it has been 50 days for US orders and/or 90 days for international orders, the package has not arrived, depending on your needs, a replacement or a refund will be provided. Customers can choose to refund or replace.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries). Please note: Due to the popularity of some items in our catalog, shipping may take longer than the estimate shown on the website.
Non-Refundable Condition:

Online payments after 10 days cannot be refunded or canceled, as these orders have been manufactured or dispatched, we will not accept refunds for these orders. You will be directed to an order return policy that will either be partially refunded or even non-refundable depending on the order.
